{"id":328,"count":8,"description":"<p>A solidarity granary is a response by local communities to the effects of climate change, which can lead to cereal deficits and food insecurity for small-scale producers.\n\n<p>The solidarity granary operates on the basis of food loans granted to needy people who have expressed a need.
