The program Alphab\u00e9tisation\/Formation Intensive des jeunes de 9 \u00e0 15 ans pour le D\u00e9veloppement (AFI-D) is an innovation of Solidar Suisse. The workshop is devoted to reviewing the textbooks and curricula of the2nd<\/sup>,3rd<\/sup> and4th<\/sup> grade Moor\u00e9-French AFI-D centers. But that’s not all. Also on the agenda is the rereading of the animator’s guides. The1st<\/sup> year manuals and guides have already been reread. Rereading these documents is a must, as the AFI-D curriculum has been reduced from 5 to 4 years to comply with the provisions of the common core of training programs and approaches in non-formal education in Burkina Faso. During the work, participants were divided into 7 workshops corresponding to the 7 manuals to be reviewed. They reviewed history, geography, mathematics grades2<\/sup> and3<\/sup>, grammar of the language within the language, reading\/expression\/comprehension, not forgetting observation. <\/p>\n\n The work also involved identifying content mismatches between existing curricula and textbooks, integrating new content and withdrawing content that seemed inadequate. The representatives of Solidar Suisse, namely the program manager for Democracy, Civil Society and Humanitarian Aid, the technical advisor for education and the education project manager, were delighted with the results of the work. They promised to take into account issues of interculturality, gender, endogenous values, etc. in the integration of content. The Director General of Non-Formal Education (DGENF), accompanied by the Permanent Secretary for the Promotion of National Languages (SP\/PLN), presided over the proceedings.
