“Enabling young people to acquire not only theoretical and practical vocational skills, but also life skills for better socio-professional integration”, is the aim of Solidar Suisse through the Learning, ICT, Entrepreneurship, Financial Education for Employment (AT3E) approach promoted as part of the “Promotion de l’acc\u00e8s des filles \u00e0 un Syst\u00e8me \u00c9ducatif et de Formation Professionnelle de qualit\u00e9 (PROMESSE-FP)” <\/strong>project . <\/strong>The aim of this approach is to integrate new skills into vocational training curricula, to help young people integrate into the socio-economic fabric. So, in addition to trade apprenticeships, young people receive training in financial education, entrepreneurship, ICT use, leadership and personal development. Halfway through the PROMESSES-FP project, this approach has been successfully implemented both in education and vocational training centers (CEFP) for adolescents excluded from the education system, and in short-term vocational training for master craftsmen. <\/p>\n\n
