When you don&#8217;t know an activity, it&#8217;s very difficult to supervise it, to take action to improve it. This training is an opportunity for us to strengthen our knowledge and be more effective in the local governance of MAPE in favor of local development&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a reminder, this training is part of Effect 02 of the project to promote Responsible Gold Mining (Projet OR): &#8221; <em>Local authorities participate in the management of artisanal mining according to their communal charters and improve trust between the various stakeholders in the sector&#8221;, <\/em>supported by Solidar Suisse.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The OR Project is financed by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by the Consortium Caritas Suisse, Artisanal Gold Council and Solidar Suisse.
