To remedy this, the RESICOM project has set up service poles to strengthen the productive capital of rural populations. The &#8220;service pole&#8221; is a multidisciplinary unit supported by a local &#8220;umbrella&#8221; farmers&#8217; organization, providing a range of paid-for services at social prices and tailored to farmers&#8217; needs.
