As part of the commemoration of our 50 years of action in Burkina Faso, we held an aerobics session with our technical and financial partners on the morning of October 26, 2026. This sporting event, which brought together around a hundred participants, was initiated to celebrate our successes and strengthen our collaborative links in our various areas of intervention (education, food security, vocational training, local governance, social cohesion, humanitarian aid).
A large number of partners came out to welcome this initiative, which strengthens collaborative ties.
“Taking part in this aerobics session allowed us to strengthen our collaboration with Solidar Suisse and to recreate ourselves away from the pressures of the field. It’s a unique opportunity to fraternize”, declared Mathieu DAMIBA, representative of the NGO EDUCO Burkina.
“Solidar Suisse and Laboratoire Citoyennetés are working together in eight communes in the Plateau Central and Boucle du Mouhoun regions. This fiftieth anniversary is an important milestone, as it marks 50 years of fighting inequality in Burkina Faso”, confided Bie TIONO, program manager at Laboratoire Citoyennetés
