Solidar Suisse Burkina strengthens the capacities of its local partners for effective reporting
“To strengthen the capacities of partner structure managers in the preparation of periodic reports, in particular their contribution to the achievement of global indicators and harmonized disbursement request templates. This was the aim of a meeting held on December 09, 2022 between Solidar Suisse Burkina Faso and its local partners: the Association Tind Yalgre de Boussé-ATY from the province of Kourwéogo, the Association Beoogo Neere du Ganzourgou (ABNG), the Association Manegdbzanga Loumbila (Oubritenga), the Secrétariat national de l’éducation catholique (SNEC) and the citizenship laboratory ‘Labo Citoyennetés – Ace-Recit).
The meeting, which takes place every year, was used to take stock of activities, present the activity reporting system and provide details on key indicators, financial reporting and disbursement request templates. In addition, participants were updated on a number of tips for improving the communication and visibility of activities on digital platforms.
In her closing remarks, Micheline OUAMEGA, Economy and Labor Program Manager, thanked the partners for their long-standing commitment to Solidar Suisse. On behalf of the Country Representative, she invited the partners to invest further, so that at the next meeting in 2023, we can celebrate the successes of our interventions to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations, in areas such as food security, education, vocational training, democracy and citizen participation, etc.
