Actors in the program to strengthen local democracy and citizen participation in the Central Plateau, implemented by Laboratoire citoyennetés and financed by Solidar Suisse, are taking a break today, December 16, 2020, to take stock of the program after four (04) years of implementation, and to discuss the outlook for 2021-2024. The workshop was an opportunity for Solidar Suisse’s resident representative, Mr Dieudonné Zongo, to congratulate the Laboratoire citoyennetés on the results achieved during phase 1.

Contribute to improving the democratic culture and citizen participation of local elected officials, CSOs and the population of the Central Plateau for sustainable local development.

January 1, 2017- December 2020

Local civil society organizations present in the Central Plateau region, particularly in the 8 intervention communes.

Improved perception of roles between TCs and CSOs
