Agreements have been signed since 2017 and renewed every year
08 master craftsmen qualified to train young people in sewing, carpentry, plumbing and metal construction have been identified and contracts signed with them.
Since 2017, 31 young people enrolled for long-term training, representing a completion rate of 88.57% of the 35 young people planned for the project.
Since then, 107 young people have been selected for short-term training, representing an achievement rate of 164.61%. This performance can be explained by the fact that
8 candidates passed the CQP and were accompanied on a refresher course, and the 11 registered in 2019 will take their CQP in 2021.
Since 2017, the project has made it possible to sign contracts with 17 master craftsmen or training workshops for short-term training for young people; i.e. 85%.
107 young people have since been selected for short-term training, representing an achievement rate of 164.61%.
Since 2018, 75 business plans have been drawn up out of a forecast 20 for the phase, which is justified by the fact that the business plans, initially intended for young CQP holders, have also been drawn up for the benefit of young people trained on a short-term basis.
