  • Main objective
Sustainably improve the food and nutritional security and incomes of 8845 small-scale producers, in particular women producers and their families.
  • Targets / Beneficiaries
  • Small-scale producers in livestock, agriculture and market gardening, vulnerable women, farmers’ organizations, etc.
  • Expected results
  • The volume of agricultural production of 1076 project beneficiaries, particularly vulnerable people, young people and women, is increased by at least 50%;
  • The income and purchasing power of 1763,1851 members increased by at least 25%;
  • Eleven (11) value chain units (production, processing, preservation and marketing) developed by 117 people, including 70 women
  • Agro-ecology and organic farming are practiced by 74 producers, at least 50% of whom are women;
  • 28 MABYZ are created for at least 280 women;
  • A permanent financing mechanism for market gardening activities has been set up for former beneficiaries;
  • 1,288 people, including 876 women, can read and write in the national languages and in French;
  • 30% of 31393 398 producers (941 1 019) use literacy skills to manage their production activities;
  • 677 poor people improve their food situation through community social nets;
  • 2800 beneficiaries improve their food situation through solidarity granaries;
  • Association managers’ mastery of management functions has improved.
