The producers in the village of Salogo, united in a cooperative, are improving their living conditions in a sustainable way, while also improving their environment. In Salogo, people are resilient in the face of poverty thanks to agricultural entrepreneurship.

The direct beneficiaries are one hundred and thirty-six (136) producers, including 101 women (74.26%), all members of the Malgzindo cooperative and residents of Salogo.
Indirect beneficiaries: The households of these 136 producer-members of the cooperative represent the indirect beneficiaries, estimated at 1056 people, including 552 women.

Expected result 1 (R1): Reinforcement of infrastructure and equipment to increase the cooperative’s production: market garden production, enriched compost and moringa are increased.
R2: Strengthening the entrepreneurial culture to empower the cooperative: Production units have improved their operation and the producers’ cooperative is autonomous;
R3: Adoption of agroecological practices in market gardening in the village of Salogo: For sustainable agriculture, the people of Salogo are increasingly committed to agroecological market gardening practices.
