Improving the employability of girls and women: PROMESSE-FP keeps its promise, with over 19,000 girls and women benefiting from vocational training. On December 05, 2024, an evaluation meeting was held in Ouagadougou with the stakeholders of the “Promotion de l’accès des filles et des femmes à un système éducatif et de formation professionnelle de qualité (PROMESSE-FP)” project at national level. Previously held in the Eastern, Central-Northern and Northern regions, this meeting, intended as a framework for accountability, presented the main results and lessons learned over the project’s 04 years of implementation. Promoting girls’ access to education and vocational training

  • 📊 Expected Results :
    By 2024, 14,000 pupils from 40 post-primary and secondary schools and 1,200 female learners from CEFPs in the project area have improved their social skills in terms of financial education and life skills, including aspects related to gender inequality, through the use of improved curricula and teaching tools.
